Favorecer la diversidad, la igualdad de oportunidades y el reconocimiento de las diferencias, sabiendo que para ello es necesario cambiar mentalidades y actitudes. Sensibilizar y poner de manifiesto nuestras diferencias, que lejos de separarnos, nos aportan y enriquecen. Identificar barreras existentes y dise\u00f1ar las medidas que faciliten el trabajo conjunto de mujeres y hombres.
